What? You heard me. For those who attended the Author Spring Fling on Facebook a couple weeks ago, I promised you some very interesting news from Leap Books. Well, now you have it. This collection of thirteen diverse takes on Alice's Adventures is going to be produced in audiobook format. Happy dance time! I especially enjoyed how many of the authors incorporated the strange and often topsy-turvy feel that Wonderland and it's inhabitants always have into the plot and dialogue. It peppered the tales with a fun bit of insanity even when some of the plots drew into darker worlds.
Summed up, this is a delightful collection of very different stories, which are just the perfect length for taking quick trips with Alice down a huge variety of rabbit holes. And several of the stories had me going back to read them again. . .and probably again. I received a free copy in exchange for an honest review. Kindle edition available and print copies soon to come.
